“The best place to stay in Lincoln City! The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The weather was not very great the weekend we stayed but we didn't even notice because we had so much fun hanging out at the house. The main living area is spacious and comfortable, the large dining area was great for dinner and crafts, all 7 of us were able to hang out in the living room with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cooking utensils you need to make dinner, we never felt like anything was missing or there were not enough dishes for our group. The view from the house is wonderful, it was so relaxing to sit out on the deck and read with the ocean waves as a background. And just a short walk to the beach, Olivia Beach is such a cute neighborhood it was so fun to look at all of the houses on the walk down to the beach access. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay, the house was clean, neat, and organized which made our weekend so relaxing and peaceful! Would absolutely recommend this home!”

“4 Stars Asked for propane refill for the bbq several times with no actions taken. Each time we called it was like we had t called before. Finally went to the store to get propane for the property and was told we would be refunded for the propane at least and maybe entitled to some discount or credit. Was not even reimbursed for the propane that is likely still in use by other renters. I would expect that our concerns were addressed in a more professional manner and that compensation would have at least covered propane expenses. It was only $11, but it was also time consuming and a pain and ultimately it’s more the principle of doing business than anything else. We did enjoy the house otherwise.”
