Jim's House

“We had an ant problem in an upstairs bedroom. The one with the daybed in it. Other than that our stay was wonderful. This was my second time staying at Jim's House. The first time was 3 years ago. It was the perfect beach house! Thank you for hosting us. We will definitely be back in the future!”

“Most everything was perfect. The only comments I have was that sometimes the wifi did not work and we were not able to get the cable to work. However, we were there for the ocean, family time and unique shops so that was not a problem.”

“The can opener didn't work and a few more bars of bathroom soap would have been appreciated. Otherwise it was PERFECT for a family weekend!”

“GREAT VACATION HOME! This home was in a great location! It's about a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to Broadway. The house was clean with a lot of open areas to gather. I loved the big kitchen and dining area. It was easy to unload/load the car from the back as there are no stairs and you can pull the car to the top of the driveway. We all had a wonderful time and will stay there the next time we get to Seaside!”

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY! this was a GREAT place to stay with families. We were there for a soccer tournament and did a team dinner in the backyard and it was perfect. There was enough space for everyone + enough bathrooms which was essential. Highly recommend!”
