“Kid’s paradise! While we definitely loved the location, the beds, and the hot tub... my two year old absolutely LOVED the massive playroom and huge field outside. He insisted on spending hours in the room playing with every toy he could get his hands on! This place also has every kitchen item you could possibly need. Would be great for a large group.”

“This was our second time staying at 45th place beach house, and we couldn't have been more thrilled to rent again! It had been a little over a year, and we were so thrilled to see the improvements made to the house. The addition of the playset, the firepit, and fencing made for an even more enjoyable experience! The house was nice and clean, and is always well stocked with all the gadgets and tools needed. “"Private house at the end of the road. We had a blast using the hot tub and walking along the beach. The grill was great and the kitchen was well stocked. Our manager was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, the only other thing I can recommend to improve the place would be to add a paver path to the hot tub to help keep things clean. Everyone was comfortable and we all had a great time. Thank you for a memorable experience!"”
